Ghost for Business.

Protect your executives, your board, and your team from data-driven attacks — at scale.

Ghost for Business gives security and people teams a single console to monitor and remove exposure across every employee account, every identity, and every alias. Most identity-driven attacks against companies — spear-phishing of finance, deepfake calls to the CFO, social-engineering of the helpdesk, SIM-swap of the CTO — start with the same handful of personal data points: a home address, a personal phone number, the names of the children, the school they attend, the last four of an SSN, a previous employer. All of it is for sale, in bulk, to anyone with a credit card. Ghost for Business takes it back.

Who Ghost for Business is for

  • Security teams at companies with executives, engineers, or finance staff whose personal exposure is being weaponised against the business.
  • HR and people leaders looking for a meaningful privacy benefit that protects staff outside of work and reduces stalking, harassment, and doxxing risk for vulnerable employees.
  • Family offices and private wealth advisors protecting principals and their households at scale, with a single point of contact and an executive-grade reporting cadence.
  • Boards and chairs who carry concentrated personal risk (proxy fights, activist campaigns, regulatory exposure) and need quiet, ongoing removal of their personal footprint.

What is included

  • Centralised admin — one console for billing, seat provisioning, posture reporting, and audit. Owner / Admin / Analyst / Viewer role-based access.
  • SSO and SCIM via Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and any SAML 2.0 IdP. SCIM provisioning auto-creates and auto-deactivates seats as staff join and leave.
  • Bulk import via CSV, an HRIS connector (Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling, Personio), or our API. Imports de-duplicate against existing records and respect role-based enrolment policies.
  • Per-user monitoring and unlimited removals across 1,200+ brokers, breach archives, paste sites, and dark-web mirrors. Re-scan cadence is configurable per cohort (weekly is the default for executives; monthly for general staff).
  • Executive Threat Monitoring (ETM) for the C-suite, board, and any named principals. Hardened monitoring of dark-web and Telegram-style channels, plus quarterly written briefings from a named analyst.
  • Dedicated Slack or Teams channel with a named Ghost analyst, business-day SLA, with the option of 24×7 incident response on Premier tier.
  • Custom DPA, SCCs, and IDTA — see /dpa. EU data residency available at provisioning.
  • Reporting and integrations — admin-grade dashboards, board-ready PDF briefings (monthly or quarterly), webhook events into your SIEM, and a read API for your internal tools.

What it looks like in flight

  1. Pilot. We start with a small population — usually the executive team plus a handful of high-risk employees — at no cost for the first two weeks. Removals run in real time and the pilot results are typically the deciding factor in procurement.
  2. Roll-out. Once a contract is signed, SSO/SCIM is wired up within ten business days. Bulk import for the rest of the workforce runs the same week. Communications templates are provided for HR and IT to send to staff.
  3. Operations. A named Ghost analyst is assigned to your account. They review every consequential removal action, escalate ambiguous cases to your security team, and write up the quarterly briefing for the board.
  4. Renewal. We share an annual report 60 days before renewal: records removed, brokers cleaned, exposures prevented, and the residual risks we recommend addressing in the next cycle.

Security, compliance, and residency

Ghost is SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO 27001 certified. We maintain a current penetration-test programme run by an independent firm; redacted executive summaries are available under NDA. Customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256-GCM), with role-based access, hardware-key MFA for staff, and an append-only audit log. EU data residency (Frankfurt) is the default for European customers; US (Northern Virginia) is available. See our practices for the operational detail.

Pricing

Starts at $12 per seat per month on an annual commit, with volume discounts and bundled executive-protection add-ons for the board and named principals. Talk to sales for a quote tailored to your headcount, threat model, and residency requirements. A no-cost two-week pilot is available for any prospective customer.
